The region around Meiringen with the alpine passes and beautiful trails is perfect to be explored, enjoyed, and to wear yourself out.
In the evening you can relax in our newly renovated rooms and the ultra-cosy beds so that you’ll be ready to tackle yet another exciting tour the next morning.
At night, your bicycle is safely stored in our bicycle room, where you have access to tools and cleaning equipment including our one-of-a-kind bike washing station.
Our partner Haslibike will be at your service, should you be missing, losing, or breaking equipment during a tour.
The famous passes like Susten, Grimsel, Furka, or the big Scheidegg are only a few kilometers from Meiringen. This invites you to an unforgettable week, which will be fun, challenging, and anything but boring. Stay at the Hotel Dakota with its comfortable beds as your hub to recover from the tour in the evening.
The road bike week includes six nights in a double room for 1’150 CHF instead of 1’386 CHF including breakfast.
Hotel Dakota was completely renovated in 2020. All 48 rooms were renovated and modernized. In addition to beautiful and large rooms, the Dakota also impresses with the beautifully designed Dakota Lounge with a, in the cold season, always burning fireplace. The light-flooded breakfast room and the lounge invite you to linger, of course with a suitable drink. Whether before the hike, after skiing or simply to enjoy the evening.
