    Thank you for using Hotel Dakota’s offers.     4 Scope of processing personal data

    In principle, we only process personal data of our users to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. We also process personal data to fulfill legal obligations as well as for advertising purposes (customer contacts) and to optimize our offers.

     

    5 categories of processed personal data

    As a rule, we collect personal data from you during the booking process or during your stay at the Hotel Dakota. If we do not collect the data from you ourselves, it will only be the data that is required for the processing purpose in accordance with Section 4.

     

    6 Legal basis for processing personal data

    The basis for processing personal data is the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

     

    7 Deletion of data

    In principle, the data will be deleted/destroyed if it is no longer required for the purpose of processing (according to Section 4).
