A seamless skiing experience awaits you in winter: from Meiringen train station, the ski bus takes you directly to the cable car station, which takes you effortlessly and comfortably up the Hasliberg to Reuti. From there, the world of the Alpine panorama opens up to you with the gondola ride to Bidmi and Mägisalp, up to the Alpentower – a true paradise for winter sports lovers.

What could be better during the cold season than a traditional Swiss cheese fondue at the newly opened Air Lounge restaurant in the beautiful Haslital?
Start your evening with a welcome mulled wine, followed by a fondue made with regional cheese for CHF 30.00 per person. Drinks, starters, desserts, and menu modifications can easily be ordered directly at the Air Lounge restaurant.

With 60 kilometres of ski slopes, you can look forward to unforgettable days on skis or a snowboard. When you book this special offer, your ski passes will be ready for you at the hotel upon arrival – no queues, no hassle. Ski equipment can also be rented conveniently right next to the hotel, making your holiday completely stress-free.
This package includes accommodation in a Superior Double Room with breakfast, free use of public transport, complimentary access to the local indoor swimming pool, and two ski passes per stay. Packed lunches can be ordered the day before for CHF 15.00.

Every year, Meiringen celebrates an ancient custom of Celtic origin: the Old Year’s Week and the Ubersitz from December 25 to 30, 2025. During this time, the people of Haslital march through the village and chase away wandering spirits back to the realm of the dead with masks, trycheln and cowbells.
The rustic ceremony reaches its overwhelmingly beautiful climax with the Ubersitz. Then the Trychler from Eisenbolgen, Hasliberg, Hausen, Meiringen, Willigen and Unterbach come together in the center of Meiringen and end the Old Year’s week with a deafening procession.
